Amaretto Sour

1 1/2 ounces Amaretto
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
1 maraschino cherry

Shake well with crushed ice and strain
into whiskey sour glass.
Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Amaretto and Cream

1 ounce Amaretto
3 ounces cream
ice

Serve over ice in small rocks glass.

Amaretto Spritzer

2 ounces Amaretto
4 ounces club soda
ice
1 each lime slice

Serve in a tall glass over ice.
Garnish with lime slice.

Toasted Almond

1 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce coffee liqueur
1 1/2 ounces cream

Pour all ingredients over ice
in an old fashioned glass.

Amaretto Freeze

In a blender, combine ice cream and Amaretto.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in a cocktail glass,
topped with maraschino cherry.

Dr. Pepper

Fill glass with ice and liqueurs.
Fill with cola.

Armored Car

1 part Tequila
1 part Amaretto Di Saronno

Mix. Serve on the rocks.

1 scoop crushed ice

Shake strain and serve.

Fill tall glass with ice.

1 part Vodka
1 part Sour Mix, bottled
fill with orange juice

Mix all ingredients except orange juice over ice.
Top with orange jucie and serve.

1 ounce Amaretto
1 ounce orange juice
1 splash club soda

Pour orange juice and amaretto over ice cubes
in a highball glass and stir.
Splash club soda on top and serve.

French Connection

1 ounce Amaretto
2 ounces Brandy
1 splash Triple Sec

Fill a rocks glass with ice.
Add brandy and amaretto and stir.
Top with a splash of triple sec and serve.

1/2 ounce Amaretto
1 1/2 ounces Scotch

Fill a rocks or old fashioned glass with ice.
Add scotch and amaretto and stir.
