Bailey's and Coffee

1 to 2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
Hot Coffee
Pour Bailey's into coffee mug top with coffee.
Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

1 part Amaretto
1 part Irish Cream
1 part Kahlua

Mix and serve over ice.

1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Grand Marnier

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add Bailey's, Kahlua, and Grand Marnier.
Shake.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Shuddering Orgasm

1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1 ounce Kahlua
1 ounce Amaretto

Shake strain and serve.

Slippery Nipple

1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
1 shot Butterscotch Schnapps

Pour Bailey's very, very slowly into the butterscotch schnapps
Bailey's should stay on top of the schnapps.
Try pouring it over the back of a spoon to create layers.

Cement Mixer

1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1 dash Rose's Lime Juice

Pour Bailey's into shot glass.
Float lime juice and stir till curdled (about 10 Sec.).
Pour into a large shot glass and serve.

Down Under Dreamsickle

1 1/2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
6 ounces Orange Juice
1 splash Soda water
Rum
Blend with ice.
Garnish with orange wheel and cherry if desired.
Float rum.

Frozen Black Irish

1 Part Bailey's Irish Cream
1 Part Kahlua
1 Part Vodka
1 to 2 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream

Mix ingredients in blender and then add ice.
Blend until smooth.
