Daquiri


Daiquiri

2 ounces Rum
1 1/2 ounces lime juice
1 teaspoon simple syrup
cracked ice

Place ice in blender.
Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Blend until throughly mixed.
Pour into glass.
Garnish with a lime slice if desired.


Banana Daiquiri

1 1/2 ounces light Rum
1 tablespoon Triple Sec
1/2 ounce lime juice
1 ounce banana liqueur
1/2 banana
1/2 ounce heavy cream
1/2 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients
in a blender
and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a sour, champagne, or cocktail glass.
Garnish with slice of banana if desired.


Banana Daiquiri 2

1 Whole Banana -- cut-up
1 1/2 Ounces Light Rum
1 1/2 Ounces Banana Liqueur
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Superfine Sugar
6 Ice Cubes
Place banana, rum, banana liqueur, lemon juice,
sugar and ice cubes in food processor or blender.
Process until ice is crushed and banana is smooth.
Pour into 2 stemmed glasses.
Garnish each with banana slice if desired.


Strawberry Daiquiri


1 ounce Rum
1/2 ounce strawberry liqueur
1 ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces frozen strawberries -- in syrup
1 teaspoon sugar
cracked ice

Fill blender with cracked ice.
Add rum, strawberry liqueur,
lime juice, frozen strawberries, and sugar.
Mix until well blended
and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with strawberry if desired.


Strawberry Banana Daiquiri

1 1/2 ounces light Rum
1 tablespoon Triple Sec
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 banana
2 ounces strawberry puree
1/2 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients
in a blender
and blend at high speed until smooth.
Pour into a sour, champagne, or cocktail glass.
Garnish with slice of banana and strawberry
if desired.


Watermelon Daiquiri


1/2 cup light Rum
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
/14 cup Orange flavored liqueur
4 cups watermelon, peeled, seeded, cubed
Ice cubes

Freeze watermelon 6 hours in shallow pan.
Combine with rum, lime juice
and liqueur in blender.
Porcess until smooth.
Add ice to 5 cup level.
Process.
Repeat, if necessary,
until mixture is smooth
and measures approximately 5 cups.
