2 ounces Gin
tonic water
Pour gin into a highball glass over ice cubes and top with tonic
water.
Stir and serve.

6 Dashes Lime Juice
A Little Egg White
Shake well and serve in a medium-sized glass.

Lemon Peel
Pour ice into a glass add gin and dubonnet.
Strain into chilled glass and add lemon peel.
