Mai-Tai

3/4 ounce Light Rum
3/4 ounce Dark Rum
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce Grenadine
1 ounce Orange juice
1 ounce Sweet & Sour
1 dash Rose's Lime Juice
1 dash Pineapple juice
cracked ice
ice cubes

Fill a mixing glass with crushed ice.
Add light rum, grenadine, orange juice, triple sec, and sweet & sour.
Shake well and strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with a dash of Rose's lime juice and a dash of pineapple juice.
Float the dark rum on top.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
