Martinis'

Martini

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 green olive(s)
cracked ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin and dry vermouth.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.

Vodka Martini

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 green olives
cracked ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in vodka and dry vermouth.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with olives.

Dry Martini

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 dash Dry Vermouth
1 green olive(s)
cracked ice

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin and dry vermouth.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.

Extra Dry Martini

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1 drop dry vermouth
1 olive(s)

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin and dry vermouth.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.

NOTE:
The only difference in a Dry Martini and and Extra Dry Martini
is the slight difference in the amount of Dry Vermouth used.

Sweet Martini

1 1/2 ounces Gin
1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 green olive(s)
cracked ice
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin and sweet vermouth.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.

"Dirty" Martini

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin ,dry vermouth and olive juice.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.

Dry Mermaid Martini

4 Ounces Gin
1 Ounce Cherry Brandy
2 Lemon Wedges
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in gin and cherry brandy.
Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lemon wedge.

Tequini (Tequila Martini)

1 1/2 ounces Tequila
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 dash bitters
1 small chili pepper

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Pour in tequila and dry vermouth. Stir (or shake) and strain into a martini glass.
Top with a dash of bitters.
Garnish with a small chile pepper, such as a chile piquin (if desired).

Peach Martini

1 part Peach Schnapps
2 parts Vodka
Splash of Orange juice

Chill, strain, and serve.
