Pina Coloda


1 ounce light Rum
1 ounce coconut cream
1 ounce crushed pineapple
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 scoup crushed ice

Place all ingredients in a blender
and blend at high setting until smooth --
about 30 seconds.
Strain into glass and garnish with
pineapple slice and cherry if desired.

NOTE:
Crushed pineapple juice canned in its own syrup
is preferable for a less-sweet drink;
use pineapple canned in juice
for a sweeter concoction.

Variations:
Substitute Coconut flavored
or Spiced Rum for light Rum.
Add Fresh Strawberries
for a Strawberry Colada
Add a float of Blue Curraco
for a Blue Skies
