Vodka Drinks

Screwdriver

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
6 ounces orange juice
ice cubes

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add vodka, fill with orange juice, and stir.

Harvey Wallbanger

1 ounce Vodka
4 ounces orange juice
1/2 ounce Galliano

Pour vodka and orange juice into a collins glass filled with ice cubes and stir.
Float galliano on top by pouring slowly over a teaspoon turned bottom-side up.

Vodka Collins

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
6 ounces club soda -- or to fill
cracked ice
ice cubes

Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add vodka, lemon juice, and powdered sugar and shake well.
Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Fill with club soda and stir.
Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry if desired.

Salty Dog

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
5 ounces grapefruit juice -- or to fill
kosher salt
ice cubes

Rim a highball glass with kosher salt or other coarse-ground salt.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Add vodka and grapefruit juice and stir.

Cape Cod

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
5 ounces cranberry juice

Pour into highball glass over ice.
Stir well.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Vodka Fizz

1 ounce Vodka
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
club soda

Fill glass with ice.
Comgine ingredients except club soda.
Shake and strain into glass.
Top with club soda.

Warsaw

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1/2 ounce Blackberry liqueur
1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Lemon peel

Shake vodka, blackberry liqueur, vermouth, and lemon juice well with ice.
Strain into prechilled cocktail glass.
Twist lemon peel above drink and drop into glass.

Clear Blue Sky Lemonade

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Blue Curacao
fill with lemonade
ice

Fill glass with ice add the vodka and curacao.
Fill with lemonade and serve.

Nice-N-Peachy

1 oz Vodka
1 oz Peach Schnapps
1/2 pineapple juice - 1/2 cranberry juice
ice

Fill glass with ice and add vodka and schnapps.
Add the pineapple and cranberry juices.
Mix and serve.

Kamikaze

1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce Triple Sec
1 ounce Vodka

Shake and serve over ice in old-fashioned glass.

Lemon Drop

2 ounces Absolut Citron Vodka
2 ounces Triple Sec
Lemon wedge

Coat the rim of a chilled martini glass with granulated sugar.
Squeeze a lemon wedge into the glass.
Shake vodka and triple sec with ice.
Strain into martini glass.

Raspberry Smash

1 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Chambord
1 1/2 ounces Pineapple Juice

Fill tall glass with ice add vodka and chambord
(can substitute creme de casis, but it will not be anywhere near as good),
and top with pineapple juice.

Blue Whale

1 part Vodka
2 parts Sweet & Sour
1 part Blue Curacao

Blend and serve in exotic glasses.

Chi Chi

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1 1/2 ounces coconut cream
4 tablespoons crushed pineapple
2 cups crushed ice

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with pineappple slice, orange, and cherry if desired.

NOTE:
Crushed pineapple juice canned in its own juice is preferable for a less-sweet drink;
use pineapple canned in syrup for a sweeter concoction.

Creamsicle

1/2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Triple Sec -- OR Cointreau
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Add all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Pour into chilled glass.
Tastes just like a Dreamsicle!

Windex

1 shot Vodka
1 shot Triple Sec
1 shot Blue Curacao
1 shot Rose's Lime Juice
Mix in glass with ice. Strain and serve.

Zipperheads

1 shot Vodka
1 shot Raspberry liqueur
7-Up® or Sprite

In a small glass with ice, add the Vodka and Raspberry liqueur. Float the 7up or Sprite on top.
