Doralto
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
dash of bitters
1/2 tsp. Sugar
4 oz. Tonic water
Combine tequila, lemon juice,
sugar and bitters and shake.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish: lime wedge
