Crab and Avacado Cocktail
1 cup Crab Meat, Cooked
2 Avacados, peeled,
cored and chopped
2 Jalapenos,
seeded and finely chopped
1/4 cup Tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Lime juice
2 Tablespoons Olive
or Vegetable Oil
2 Tablespoons Onion, chopped
2 Tablespoons Cilantro,
fresh snipped
1 Garlic clove, finely minced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup Lettuce, chopped
Dash of Pepper
Lemon or Lime wedges
Mix all ingredients except
lettuce and lime wedges.
Place 1/4 cup of the lettuce
into each of 6 serving dishes.
Divide the crabmeat mixture among
each of the dishes.
Garnish with lime wedges.
