Crab and Shrimp Salad Tostadas
10 Tostada Rounds
Salsa
6 oz. Shrimp, shelled,
deveined, cooked and chopped
1 lb. lump Crab Meat,
picked over for shells and well drained
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 cup Cucumber
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
2 ribs Celery, chopped
2 Tbs. Cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Red Onion
1 Tbs. fresh Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Salt
Pepper, to taste
Avocado slices
Combine all ingredients
except tostada rounds,
in a medium sized bowl.
Adjust seasoning as needed.
Distribute shrimp and crab mixture
on the tostada rounds.
Top with avocado slices and salsa.
Serve.
