Cranberry Muffins


1 1/2 cup cranberries, halved
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 cups flour
6 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter, melted

Toss berries
with confectioner's sugar and set aside.
Sift dry ingredients together
and make a well in mixture.
Add eggs, milk and
butter all at once.
Stir lightly until the
dry ingredients are moist.
DO NOT BEAT.
Fold in berries
and pour into greased muffin pan
2/3 full.
Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes.
