Candy
8 ounce package of cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar, sifted
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon dark rum
Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler.
Mix in sugar, nuts and rum.
Drop immediately by spoonfuls
onto a large sheet of waxed paper.
