Chocolate Covered Nuts

6 - 8 ounces sweet 
or milk chocolate
nut meats

Melt 6 to 8 ounces sweet 
or milk chocolate in 
skillet on low heat. 
Coat nutmeats and place 
on waxed paper. 

Peanut and raisin clusters 
are made in the same way.
