Mexican Chicken & Rice Wraps


1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, 
skinless chicken breasts,
cut into strips
2 cups water
1 cup Salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 cups rice, uncooked
flour tortillas
cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oil in skillet.
Add chicken, 
cook until lightly browned.
Add water, salsa 
and seasoning mix, stir.
Heat to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover.
Cook on low for about 5 minutes
or until cooked through.
Spoon chicken mixture onto tortilla
top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Fold up sides to enclose filling.
