1 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup chopped dates 1 cup chopped pecans
Beat eggs and sugar
together until light.
Sift together flour,
salt and baking powder;
add to egg mixture.
Stir in dates and nuts.
Place in greased
8-inch square pan;
cook in 350 degree F. oven
for 1 hour.
Serve warm;
top with whipped cream.
