Beef Fajitas

2 tablespoons oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 med. onion
1 med. green or red pepper, slivered
2 lbs. Beef Steak, in thin strips
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 small limes, juiced
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno peppers
1/2 teaspoon cumin

In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon,
oil over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir garlic, onion and bell pepper
for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.
Remove from pan.
Add remaining oil and
brown beef for about 2 minutes.
Stir in chili powder, lime juice,
jalapenos and cumin.
Return vegetables to skillet
and heat through.
