Fudge


Fabulous Fudge

4 1/2  cups sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 can evaporated milk
7 ounces marshmallow cream
2 cups semisweet chocolate
2 cups milk chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups pecans -- chopped

Butter a 13x9-inch pan.

Combine sugar, butter, 
and milk in a large pan.
Bring to a boil 
over medium heat; 
boil 5 minutes,
stirring constantly.
Remove from heat;
add remaining ingredients 
except nuts.
Beat until smooth.  
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pan.  
Cool completely 
before cutting.
