4 cups sugar 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 1/4 lb butter or margarine 1 oz bitter chocolate-cut up 3-6 oz packages of semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 jar marshmallow 1 cup nuts (if desired) Bring sugar, Carnation milk, butter and bitter chocolate to a rolling boil. Boil 7 minutes. Remove from stove, add semi-sweet chocolate chips and jar of marshmallow. May use 1 cup of nuts if desired. Stir until dissolved. Put into pan and cool. Cut into squares.
