

1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, crushed 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2teaspoon ground cumin In a small bowl mash together garlic and mustard seeds. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub into beef immediately and let rubbed meat rest, covered, in refrigerator for 1 to 8 hours, or cover rub and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
