
1 ripe Mango - peeled, seeded and diced 1 hearty Tomato - seeded and diced 2 Green Onions - finely sliced 1 Jalapeņo Chili Pepper - minced 1/4 cup freshly squeezed Lime juice 1 large ripe Avocado - peeled, seeded and diced Salt/Pepper to taste Directions Combine the Mango, Tomato, Onions, Jalapeņo Chili Pepper and Lime juice in a bowl. (This can be prepared up to 3 hours ahead and refrigerated). Finally, stir in the Avocado and season to taste with salt/pepper.
