
1 1/2 lbs tomatoes, diced 1 large white onion, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped 2 teeth fresh garlic, chopped fine 1 large Anahiem chili, chopped 2 Jalapeņo chilis (or more if you like it hotter), chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice Ground Cumin to taste Salt to taste Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Adjust taste to your liking.
