
1 1/2 cups plum tomatoes -- chopped 1 cup Avocado -- peeled and chopped 3/4 cup sweet red pepper -- chopped 1/4 cup Red onion -- minced 2 tablespoons Cilantro -- fresh 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil Combine the ingredients. Mix well. Serve. This one is fairly tame.
