Salsa Recipes

4 each Tomatoes
-- peel & chop
1 can Chopped
green chili peppers
2 each Jalapeno peppers
-- seed & chop
1/4 cup Chopped green onions
1/4 cup Fresh chopped cilantro
2 each Cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 fresh lemon
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
Combine tomatoes, chilies,
green onions, cilantro,
and garlic in a medium bowl.
In a glass measuring cup,
whisk together
remaining ingredients
and pour over vegetables.
Stir to mix. Cover and chill.
Fresh cilantro and dry mustard
make this recipe unusually good.
Medium to Hot
