
4 cups chopped fresh plums peeled, diced papaya 1 bunch chopped green onions 5-10 diced tomatillos 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup chopped parsley ~1 finely chopped jalapeno or other hot pepper 2 T. brown sugar 3 T. white wine vinegar Directions: Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Mix brown sugar and vinegar, then combine. Chill before serving.
