Watermelon Salsa


2 cups seeded and coarsely chopped watermelon 
2 Tbsp onion, chopped 
2 Tbsp water chestnuts, chopped 
2-4 Tbsp Anaheim chilies, chopped 
2 Tbsp baslsamic vinegar 
1/4 tsp garlic salt 
Directions: 

Combine all ingredients and mix well. 
Refrigerate for at least an hour. 
Makes 2 cups.
