
Seatrout Mexicana
1 lime, juice of
8 oz Mexican-style salsa
4 trout fillets (4oz each)
lime wedges
Mix the juice of one lime
into the salsa.
Set aside.
Grease grill thoroughly.
Grill trout over hot charcoal,
skin side up, for 5 minutes.
Gently flip trout.
Spread salsa over trout
and grill for 5-7 minutes
until done.
Serve with lime wedges.
