1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups tomato sauce*
1/4 cup Red Chile Powder**
2 cups pinto beans
2 cups water, approximately
Fry onion and beef in
a medium-sized skillet
at medium heat until
beef is browned.
Drain.
Add remaining ingredients
and simmer at
low heat for approximately
30 minutes.
* Varied amounts may be used.
