Sweet Tamales

4 Cups Fresh Whole Kernel Corn (approximately 5 ears) 1 Cup Masa Harina 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon 1/8 Cup Raisins 1 1/2 Cups Pecans 1/2 Cup Butter (softened) 3 1/2 Dozen Pieces Foil (8"x5") Directions Take corn of cob, rinse well, draining all water. Place in food processor or blender and grind until smooth. Add masa harina, sugar, cinnamon and soft butter. Mix all together until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Place one tablespoon of corn mixture on center of foil, fold one side up over the other and ends up. Pour 1 1/2 cups water in steam pan and stand tamales on end. Bring water to boil, turn down heat and simmer for approximately 2 hours. Makes approximately 3 and 1/2 dozen small tamales.
