Southwestern Vegetable Bake

10 oz 2 packages frozen
Southwestern-style corn and
roasted red peppers-thawed
14 1/2 oz 1 can chili-style
tomatoes-undrained
15 1/2 oz 1 can white hominy
-drained
15 fl oz 1 can black beans
-rinsed and drained
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup pepper-jack cheese
-shredded
Combine all ingredients
except pepper-jack cheese
in a 2-quart baking dish:
stir well.
Cover and bake at 350 degree
for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
Uncover, sprinkle with cheese,
and bake 5 additional minutes.
